This is how we do
We were born in 2021, following an urge to pick up a camera and film some cool stuff. Since then, we’ve assembled a pretty epic team of videographers, photographers, editors and social media pros to capture and deliver even more cool stuff.
Our obsession with food, hospitality, and the people within it mean that’s where we spend all our time. And we wouldn’t have it any other way…

CREATIVE DIRECTOR + FOUNDER
Rosa spent over a decade working in broadcast television, producing a whole heap of prime-time series for the BBC and Channel 4. She spent years working with the most recognisable faces in the industry, like Tom Kerridge, Gordon Ramsey, The Hairy Bikers and Nadiya Hussain.
She made popular shows like GREAT BRITISH MENU, BEST HOME COOK, and KITCHEN NIGHTMARES, as well as online digital campaigns like FULLTIME MEALS with Marcus Rashford & Tom Kerridge.
So it’s fair to say she knows a thing or two about food and how to film it.

DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS & PRODUCTION
Dom has turned decades of experience making unscripted primetime television into working with brands to unlock the potential of the digital landscape by telling epic stories. He spearheads the development of new collaborations and helps us deliver brilliant content online, and on schedule.
Rosa and Dom first worked together at the BBC over a decade ago, and have been reunited by their obsession with BRANDED ENTERTAINMENT and YOUTUBE.
When not at the office, he can be found on the slopes or making the perfect coffee with his new espresso machine.

DARCIE
Social Media Whizz
To quench her thirst for all things social, Darcie manages our clients accounts whilst studying at University in Loughborough. Creating reels, writing copy, setting up paid ads and planning months of content - she’s a total whizz kid when it comes to beating the algorithm.
She understands it, so you don’t have to. She is also an ice skating pro, just in case you didn’t know.
TECHNICAL MASTERMIND
KIM
EDIT ASSISTANT
When it comes to our systems and processes back of house, Kim has got us covered. Mastering the organisation of 100TB+ in footage and photos is no easy task but he is as cool as a cucumber. He is also in charge of editing our various podcast series.
Previously a photography assistant, Kim has turned is love of storytelling on screen into a career whilst learning as part of FILM FORWARDS supported by CHANNEL 4.

TASHA
HEAD OF PRODUCTION & OPS
The one who keeps us all in check, and we’re not going to argue with her. Tasha is actually a full-time FIREFIGHTER but helps us out part-time in between putting out actual fires.
After a decade working in television, she re-trained to save actual lives but we’re keeping her love of spreedsheets and budgets going when she has some downtime.
A martial arts pro, we actually don’t think there’s anyone better to chase those invoices…

OUR VIBE
Our experience spans kitchens, crowds and countries. We know how to fit in without making a scene and how to work within the limitations of real-life locations.
We go with the flow, follow the action, and deliver energy on camera. Our obsession with people means we get to know you, we’re authentic and relaxed which means so are you.
Filming doesn’t have to be a pain, or a big deal. We are low-key, understand what makes people tick, and how to grab attention, without making a fuss.
